Seeking to employ a part-time role - 2 days per week
This role will include, but is not limited to:
- Processing payroll and SG obligations
- Preparing BAS and other tax reporting e.g. PAYG, GST, FBT
- Management reporting including cash-flow, budgeting and forecasting
- Business planning
- Cost analysis
- Monthly and yearly GL reconciliations for BS & PL
- Credit Control and overseeing receivables
- Accounts payable
- Preparation of income tax returns, FBT returns, BAS returns and GST compliance
- Year end financial reporting and liaising with external accountant
- Preparation of tenders and review of contracts
The successful applicant will need to have experience in manufacturing processes and cost management. Experience with preparation of tenders and knowledge of contracts is preferable.
Other essential requirements:
- Computer literate – MYOB Premier V12, Excel, Word and Internet banking
- Accounting Qualifications (CA or CPA preferred)
- Strong Communication Skills
